Squanch Games’ Trover Saves the Universe has suddenly been delisted across all platforms. The reason behind this remains a mystery.
The game’s official X has gone quiet, even privating the account, Squanch’s studio account has remained silent, and going to the PlayStation Store page redirects to an error.
Some may believe the game was delisted due to disgraced series co-creator Justin Roiland’s involvement, but I can’t imagine that’s the case considering the game has remained on the market since 2019 and the original High On Life is also still available. If I had to guess, it’s likely more of a copyright thing. It’s up in the air whether they will resolve it, considering the game has seen no updated version for modern systems.
