Forget building houses – Deconstruction Simulator is all about tearing them apart.

Now available on Xbox Series X|S and PC, with Xbox Play Anywhere support, the latest simulator from Games Incubator puts you in charge of a demolition company where smashing things up is very much part of the job.

Priced at £16.74, the game gives you contracts to complete, materials to recover and a business to grow. The only question is whether you’re going to be the professional demolition expert or the person who gets a little too enthusiastic with the wrecking ball.

Smash, Dismantle And Cash In

Deconstruction Simulator gives you plenty of freedom over how you approach each contract. Houses and furniture can be dismantled piece by piece, allowing you to carefully recover useful materials and valuable items.

Or you can reach for the hammer and wrecking ball and simply see what happens.

The game’s destruction physics allow structures to collapse in different ways, meaning there’s room for both careful planning and spectacular chaos. Once you’ve finished, recovered materials can be sold or recycled to help boost your profits.

How Badly Do You Want The Job Done?

Being reckless can have consequences. You can follow a client’s instructions and build a reputation as a reliable professional, or take a more destructive approach and risk your payout and company reputation in the process.

Either way, every contract contributes towards building the business.

And then, the money earned from your work can be invested back into the company. Upgrade your tools, buy a bigger vehicle and expand your warehouse as the operation grows. You’ll also gain experience and improve your demolition permits, unlocking increasingly complex contracts and better-paying opportunities.

It turns the game into more than simply knocking down buildings – there’s a business to run once the dust settles.

Time To Make Some Noise

Deconstruction Simulator is a fairly simple proposition, but there’s an undeniable appeal in being handed a building and effectively being told to take it apart however you see fit. Whether you prefer precise dismantling or spectacular destruction, Xbox Series X|S and PC players can now get to work, all thanks to an Xbox Store download.

Don’t forget – the bigger the mess, the bigger the clean-up.
