Take control of your auto-firing ship, head into battle and attempt to survive increasingly dangerous waves of enemies. There are three worlds to tackle, each bringing different enemy types and bosses into the fight. Staying alive is obviously useful, but collecting loot is just as important, because death isn’t quite the end of your run.Instead, the resources you’ve gathered can be put towards a skill tree, allowing you to unlock new abilities and upgrades for future attempts. That’s where Moonbringer’s roguelite side comes into play. Every run gives you another opportunity to make the ship stronger and push a little further. The progression system looks set to give players plenty of freedom when it comes to deciding how their ship develops.

Key details
A fury bar can trigger a berserk mode, while powerups can introduce new bullet types to change the way you approach combat. Support units can also join you in battle, giving your little ship some additional firepower. Then there are perks that can increase things such as damage and attack speed. The idea is simple enough – keep stacking upgrades and see just how powerful you can become. Moonbringer doesn’t appear particularly interested in making you choose a single path either, with the game encouraging you to experiment with different combinations and eventually build a ship capable of having it all.Moonbringer Is Ready to FireMoonbringer isn’t trying to hide what it is.
This is a compact top-down shoot ’em up built around shooting, collecting, upgrading and doing it all again when things go horribly wrong. For Xbox players looking for an inexpensive arcade distraction, it could prove to be an appealing little blast. With Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PC and Play Anywhere support, there’s little stopping you from picking up the ship and seeing how long you can survive. Pick up a copy of the game from the Xbox Store. Just keep firing. Moonbringer certainly will.Tagspcplay anywherexbox oneXbox Series X Previous articleHalloween Is Now Available, Bringing Michael Myers Back For A New GenerationNext articleForget The NHL – Hockey Beasts Wants You To Play As A Giraffe Neil Wattonhttps://www.thexboxhub.com/An Xbox gamer since 2002, I bought the big black box just to play Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee.
