After spending a year in Early Access, rhythm roguelike Ratatan is now getting its 1.0 launch onto consoles and PC. Pre-orders for the game are now live, and it is due for release this October.

Ratatan initially launched into Early Access on Steam, and a console version arrived on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch 2 this July. The team behind the game, Ratata Arts, had this to say about the 1.0 release: “Version 1.0 will introduce Episodes 3 and 4, continuing the story that has unfolded so far. The final world—the destination of this long journey—and the battle against the final boss await. In addition, all of the Dark Ratatan, who have been introduced gradually throughout Early Access, will finally come together. After growing and evolving together with all of you throughout Early Access, Ratatan is finally approaching its complete form. And the orchestral recording we promised everyone has also become a reality.”

Pre-orders for Ratatan are live now, and there’s a 10% discount for players who purchase the game before launch. Here’s some further details on the Standard and Deluxe Editions and what they will contain.
